FIQ import problem

Hi,

  How do I import xxx.fiq so that it doesn't make a "xxx" account but
instead puts the imported info into a hierarchical account (Visa) like:

+ MyCreditCards
 + Visa

  Anyone have any ideas on how to do this?  Or ANY example FIQ files
would be great.
