libgtkhtml - where to get it?

I'm trying to build Gnucash 1.5.98.  Right now I'm trying to collect
all the required software prerequisites, and cannot a good version
of GtkHTML.  Can anyone point me to an RPM for this (I'm running
RH 7.1)?
