Installing GNUCash Help Files

I've successfully compiled and installed GNUCash on Mandrake 8.  It seems 
to be working quite well.  For some reason though, I can't get it to 
install the help files.  It seems to be building them, but when I bring up 
help from GnuCash I get a "URL not found" error.  Has anybody else had this 
problem?  Am I missing something?  The build is making and installing the 
french docs, but not the english docs!  Argh.  I think I've hosed this up. 
Help!
