Installing GNUCash Help Files

Everything seems to get installed the correct place (I'm installing my
gnome stuff under /usr/share/gnome/help . . . following Mandrake
standards). But you're right, the entries in that header file are wrong.
Will the path in the header file get overridden by the prefix, or do I need
to remake my executables?

Also, that doesn't seem to resolve the french issue. For some reason the
build creates the french docs from the SGML and installs them, but the
english docs don't seem to make it. (Nor do any other languages). This
despite the fact that my language settings are english.
