website, mandrake8 rpms, split transactions

As the Subject: indicates, this is three items in one:

1. Who is the contact for www.gnucash.org?  I couldn't
   find any obvious link for 'webmaster' or 'contact', etc.
   on the gnucash page (Perhaps there should be?)

2. I wanted to suggest that the Mandrake 8 gnucash 1.6 
   announcement/link be amended to also show that the 
   libguppi RPM is also available from ftp.gnucash.org --
   not knowing that, I went out and found a libguppi RPM
   that appeared to expect an older version of Python
   than Mandrake8 ships with.  On a hunch, I went back
   to ftp.gnucash.org and found a better RPM that worked.

3. Scenario (this is version 1.6):

   - entering a new transaction for "Acme Rockets"
   - autofill recognizes "Acme Rockets" and imports data
     from most-recent transaction
   - the most-recent transaction happened to be a "split"
   
   Question: how do I delete the splits and make it
             a normal single-payee/account transaction?  
   
   I was able to show the splits and then selectively 
   delete each individual split item, but couldn't make
   the whole thing go away.  In frustration I finally
   entered a transaction for "Acme Rockets - X" and then
   changed the payee afterward.
