Problem fetching prices

No, I didn't even think to look at account-specific options.  Once I
updated those settings, it fetched the quotes fine.

However my confusion raises a question: the commodity list is global, and
the price editor is global.  Why are commodity quote sources
account-specific.  GNUCash might have two accounts containing the same
fund, each with a different quote source.  Would this be a useful?
