Can't find UserAgent...

Hi y'all; I am spending my weekend with gnucash too:-)

I am trying to get gnc-prices to work, and get the 

"Can't locate LWP/UserAgent.pm in @INC..." message. 

Can anyone lmk where to find this baby?
