recovery script

its called gnc-restore.pl
but its only effective with gnucsh-1.4, and hasn't been ported to
gnucash-1.6.   I think it installs with gnucash-1.4; if not, then you ve
to dig it out of the 1.4 cvs tree ... (its not in the 1.6 cvs tree)
