There is the PalmCoins project, recently renamed to something else, 
don't remember what, hold on.....Aha, it was renamed FreeCoins:

I looked at it just before they changed the name.  I wasn't overly 
excited about it, mostly because I didn't really like the design of 
the interface.  It may have changed since then though.

I've been using something called Qmate for about 5 years now, and 
really, really like it with the not-so-small exception that it 
requires Windows in order to sync and extract the data to a .qif file :(

What I'd really like to see is FreeCoins mimic the Qmate interface, 
since it's very simple and intuitive...
