Perl bindings for injecting transactions?

Sort-of.

In the cvs tree, in src/optional/swig, there are swig-generated perl
bindings.    They can be used for many things, with one exception:
I never wrote the glue code to turn glib linked lists into perl arrays,
and so anything that returns a list or useses a list can't be used with
perl.
