Balance sheets

I have got Funds type acconts and I would like to use the balance sheet or an 
other report (balance traking -but does it realy exist??).
The line "Unrealized Gains(Losses)" seems to report strange values and I 
can't find out to make it work.
I think  "Unrealized Gains(Losses)"  should be :
Current Value (ie nomber of Current Shares * Most Recent Commdity Value) - 
(sum of "Buy" column - sum of "Sell" column).
I'm rigth or did i missed something??
