http://www.rpmfind.net is a great place to go digging, though if you've 
bought a set of Linux CDs, or burned yourself a set they're probably 
lurking around on your desk.

What distribution are you using?  Is the RPM you're trying to install from 
that distribution?  How are you trying to install the RPM?  rpm at the 
command line, or gnorpm, or rpmdrake etc . . .
