Problems printing reports

Thanks, this helps.  Is there some reason why the defaults don't give
you a reasonable size?

I managed to get a size that removed only the title, so I'm working
around it by printing to a file, converting to a jpg and doing some
cropping, and embedding the income and expense piecharts in a TeX
file, which also allows me to add the footnotes.
