Now I have found the solution:
In some cases you will get big problems if you mix Red Hat and Suse 
RPM-packages. After I have understood (thanks to Christian and 
Neil) it, my installation is SuSE clean again and it is running. No 
problems with the reports.
For SuSE user my used SuSE-packages:
gnucash-1.6.4-71.rpm
gnome-print-0.29-94.rpm
gnome-print-devel-0.29-94.rpm
Guppi-0.40.1-21.rpm
