How to print or export chart of accounts?

I'd like to export the chart of accounts so that I can print it
with a nice, indented style like this:

Assets
   Current Assets
      Checking Account
      Savings Account
      Cash in Wallet
   Fixed Assets
...

The export function gives me xml and doesn't seem to contain the
information needed to generate the indentation structure.

Is there a way to do this?

I'm using GnuCash 1.6.2 as distributed with RedHat 7.2.
