import qif file

Sometimes banks won't include the account type at the top of the file.  Open
your file in a text editor and see if there is a line similar to:

!Type:Bank

At the top of the file.  If there isn't one, GNUCash won't load it.  There
may be other problems, but this one is pretty easy to fix, if it is the
problem.  Just insert the line above in the file.
