Crashed when using gnucash 1.6.6 for the first time.

I was running R.H.L. 6.2 in the past with GnuCash 1.4.something. I
upgraded to R.H.L. 7.3 and just ran gnucash-1.6.6-3 (id from rpm)
for the first time, entered exchange and company name for a bunch of
stocks, clicked save, and clicked exit, and it announced a crash and
presented me this (Bug Buddy) screen to fill in. I got into gnucash
again and, while it looks a bit different from 1.4, everything seems
to be OK on first quick examination. Does the following
