Helpful Accounting Tutorials

While digging around for answers to some questions, I found these
tutorials. They're intended for university business offices, but I found a
lot of gold stuck down in there.

BTW: I'm back to working on my three (3) years (!) of back accounting, and
am in the process of taking copious notes on my conversations with my
outstanding bookkeeper stepmother. I hope to compile those notes into a
set of "Small Business Accounting Patterns", which is what I've been
looking for, but haven't found (though the above-referenced tutorials are
certainly close).

I will, of course, post the patterns docs whenever I get around to
compiling them from my notes. At the very least, I can transcribe my notes
:)
