EUR symbol in reports

Well, I tried it. Got de_DE@euro in the beginning and changed it to
de_DE. Afterwards The =A4 was gone completly and replaced by EUR. The
menubar (or whatever it is called :-)) showed DEM. After I changed LANG
into de_DE@euro again all was back to normal, with the exception that
the menubar did not display the eurosymbol again. Same for reports.
