Missing files in GNUCash 1.7.3

Oops, yes, we forgot to include those in the .tar.gz file. Sorry. We'll 
fix that in the next release. Unfortunately this means that the 
1.7.3.tar.gz cannot be built with hbci support. You would need to 
checkout the current CVS version, as described on 
http://www.gnucash.org/en/hacking.phtml (not too difficult altogether, 
though).
