OK.  Compiled GNUCash --enable-ofx.

Tried to import an OFX file from my bank and under the List of
downloaded transactions there is only one thing listed who's default
action is IGNORE, the date is 12/31/1969 and the amount is 0.00.

What was GNUCash unable to read?

I have included the OFX file (with some things x'd out) for someone to
look at.
