Your version of Guppi may be incomplete, or not installed.  On Redhat, I
have Guppi-0.40.3 installed, and it has the needed plug-ins installed
under /usr/lib/guppi/plug-ins/0.40.3/plot/*.  Perhaps check the file
list of the package (rpm -ql Guppi, in my case), and match that to
what's actually there.  If you don't have the plug-ins installed, you'll
need to get them, although they should be part of the Guppi package...

Anyhow, proper installation of Guppi is the first thing to check, since
that's  where your error messages seem to come from.
