Did you set up the correct source for the commodity?  It sounds like
either you did not set up a source, or the Perl package does not support
getting information from the source.  If it's the latter, you may want
to see if your information can be gotten from one of the supported
sources (In Commodity Editor, edit the commodity and look at "Type"--is
your commodity traded on the Eurex exchange, and are you using the
correct symbol/whatever for it).

Those are my ideas, but you may have already tried them...
