QIF transfers

To upgrade, will I need to uninstall GNuCash 1.8.1? My files were in Money 
2002, and to export them, I had to pick accounts (such as checking, savings. 
etc) separately and save them to floppy. I may not have gotten all the 
accounts, since I have switched banks in the last 3 years.
