If the gnucash records really are just a huge XML file, it should be
possuble to convert it from ISO8859-2 to UTF-8 as a single huge text file.
Nothing special should have to be done because it is gnucash, except,
I suppose, to make sure gnucash can handle UTF-8.  Am I rignt on this?
