Build 1.8.2 on SuSE8.2

Marcel,

do ./configure --help | less

it shows you some options how to specify paths. Examples:

--with-gnome-includes
--with-gnome-libs

Perhaps this helps. SuSE has some non-standard paths. You
should also do --prefix=/usr
