OFX import dates wrong

Ok, here it is:

ofx_proc_transaction():
    Account ID : 12 3056 0306918-50
    Transaction type: XFER: Transfer
    Date posted: Fri Apr 11 23:00:00 2003 NZST
    Total money amount: 41.54
    # of units: -41.54
    Unit price: 1.00
    Financial institution's ID for this transaction: 2003041102
    Name of payee or transaction description: RED SEAL NATURAL HEA
    Extra transaction information (memo): AprExp Rmb

And I have attached a clipping from a screen shot showing it as the
12/4/03 rather than 11/4/03.

Every single transaction is showing as one day after the date on my bank
statement.

Any clues, Have I got some date problem with my system (I don't think I
do based on email time stamps and the date output:
