Budgeting in GnuCash

Hi,
     I'm just trying GnuCash for the first time and was looking for a 
budgeting type feature. Is there anything like that available ? I saw 
mention of it in the "Project Goals" section at www.gnucash.org which 
seemed like it was planned for future, but the document doesn't seem to 
have been updated since 2001, so I was thinking maybe some work might have 
been done on this since then :)
