Incorrect balances in Accounts window - bug #118954

If it did not then the bug is much worse than I suspect...
Right now I think it's just a missing (or lost) event notification.
If it does not correct itself after saving, quitting, and restarting
gnucash than the problem is much worse, and we would REALLY like to
know about it.
