I believe this FAQ is new, and I also believe it will (eventually) get
put onto gnucash.org. In other words, I believe the current URL is
temporary.

Indeed, this is a major goal of the "bring in new blood". We need
people who are willing/able to monitor the lists and do this for us
(us being the core developers).
