Mailing list available via NNTP

Unfortunately, you can't send email to the list unless you are
subscribed. To get around this, subscribe to the list, go to your
subscription options page, and check the box to disable delivery. Then
you can post by mailing to the list, but not get the deluge of
messages ;-) and read the list via the newsgroup.
