gnucash 1.8 rpm for Redhat 8 fails with unsatisfied dependency

This RPM fails on my computer.  It identifies perl(Finance::Quote) as
being unsatisfied even though I have it installed (I installed it via
CPAN).  Is there a problem with the dependencies in the RPM?
