Congrats & Invoice Feature Request

Hi there,

Congrats on hitting the 1.8.0 milestone.  This is a great piece of
software!

Any chance that in some near future CVS we will see any adjustments to
the invoice?

I would really appreciate being able to fix the table width and/or the
column widths.  Right now, the table size varies accorording to the info
in various columns etc. and this doesn't give a very consistent 'look'.
