I have evolution 1.0.8 and cvs gnucash and they work without problems I
was running evo 1.2.1 but it was so broken I changed back. Your solution
I suspect will be to build your own gnucash binary. Leave the libgal as
required for evo, and build gnucash from source. Its harder than a
binary install, but it should work.... Note that you will need the
-devel packages for many things in order to compile gnucash.
