Scheduled Transaction Editor and Cash Flow Report

I am running 1.7.6 from the 12-31-02 build, the lastest package in 
Debian unstable.  I have the two following bugs:

1)Gnucash locks up when I try to run the scheduled transaction editor.

2)The Cash Flow report does not include Liability transaction in the 
outgoing section even though the report supposedly included the 
Liability accounts.

I will be glad to gather more info that the developers might want. 
Thanks in advance for any help.  This software has been priceless in my 
quest to get control of my finances.
