Release of GnuCash 1.7.8 "Lil Devil"

Unfortunately the tarball at www.gnucash.org is broken.  I haven't
tried pulling down the RPMs to test those, but the tarball is
DEFINITELY corrupted.  The tarball at SF is fine.
