Marking mortgage payments as an expense

The mortgage payment should show up in the cash flow report -- that's
why such a thing as a cash flow report exists distinct from the profit
and loss report.

I've just been trying out 1.7.8 and the new cash flow report does not
seem to have very smart default settings.  It defaults to having all
asset and liability accounts selected as "cash" accounts.  I find it
more useful if you just select accounts that really are "cash" (e.g.
your wallet, bank accounts, etc.).  That way it should show the mortgage
repayment in the "Money Out" section.

Developers: would it be possible to change the default options for this
report so that only accounts labelled as "Cash" or "Bank" (and maybe
"Currency") are selected?
