Transfers between accounts of different currencies

Hi all,

For a while it has been possible to create a transaction that transfers 
money from one account in one currency to another account in a second 
currency.

Once this transaction is created however, it is impossible to change the 
exchange rate at which this transaction took place - or is it?

At the moment I am deleting the transaction, and then re-entering it, 
which is a real pain.

How do I do this?
