ALT*GST.TO updates with January 23, 2003 stock price

Has anyone else noticed that some stocks seem to update with a date of 
January 23, 2003?

All of my Canadian mutual funds seem to do this.  For example, the mutual 
fund ALT*GST.TO always updates as $6.26 because it´s pulling the number for 
January 23.  When I do a Get Quotes it always pulls the same number.

To confirm it, I wrote a small perl program:

#!/usr/bin/perl
use Finance::Quote;

$q = Finance::Quote->new;

%info = $q->fetch("canada", "ALT*GSC.TO");

print %info;

It returns:
ALT*GSC.TO
currencyCAD
ALT*GSC.TO
open
6.26
...
date 1/23/2003

Also, on finance.yahoo.com it returns the January 23rd stock price...  I´m a 
little confused as to why.

Anyone with any ideas or suggestions on this?
