I see your Canadian back-door taxes, and raise you about 7 Brazilian!

But, seriously, I left that stuff out so as to not confuse the issue, 
which is the whole concept of the "liability as middleman" issue.  Once 
people settle on whether this is a good approach or not, I'll add some 
more complicating issues, like employers tax contribution.

Yes, I used your document to help me work some of this stuff out, that 
was where I saw the liability "middle man" accounts in action.  Thanks!
