Gnucash on Windows and Searching Mailing list

I'm embarrassed to ask because I'm sure I'm supposed to find this 
somewhere. But how can I run gnucash on Windows? Actually, what's the 
best way to run it on Windows. I can't seem to find info on this.

What method do you use to search the archive of the mailing list? I was 
googling the gnucash.org domaine but couldn't find what I was looking for.
