qif import: no duplicates matched

I see..  I'll test it here.  Certain kinds of duplicates
are only detected by the qif importer from the qif-side
(when you import multiple qif files at once) and other kinds
of duplicates are only detected when you import them
separately.

I'll take a look and see what I can see.
