It was specifically NOT in Preferences, because Preferences are
GLOBAL, wheas this information is specifically tied to the Data File.

Adding a note to the business section of the documentation is a good
idea...  But that would presuppose we HAD documentation.  Care to
help write it? ;)

Sure.  Care you submit the patch?  If not, file an RFE and someone
will eventually get to it.
