Bank Records Download Format

I'm going to try my luck downloading transactions into Gnucash 1.8.1

My credit union gives three choices for download format:

    - Quicken or Microsoft Money version prior to 99

    - Quicken or Microsoft Money version after 98

    - Comma Separated Values

Which format is the most reliable for importing (i.e. least bugs, most
tested)?
