Depreciation

Does anyone have a link or a doc on how to deal with depreciation in
Gnucash?  I sort of half remember seeing a bit about that in the Gnucash
1.6.x documentation, but I don't know where it is in the current (1.8.2)
docs/online or if it would even still pertain.  Anyone have an idea? 
It's not terribly serious, I'm just idly trying to figure out how to
calculate it on some of the pricier office equipment after having moved
them from an expense to an asset.
