Brining up GnuCash on Mac OS X in german

Hi all,

I try to launch GnuCash on Mac OS X in german but I can't figure out 
how to do it.

I have installed GnuCash with fink and I am using Apple's X11 (latest 
beta 3). I tried setting LANG to "de", "de_de" and LC_ALL to the same 
values but nothing works. Any hints?

Is there any documentation on how to do that on the web? I found nothing
