Using tax tables in accounts

Hi everybody

I was really pleased to see the release of the recent extensions made to
gnucash to accommodate small business, well done to everybody that made
it possible.

I wanted to know if there is some way of using tax tables for entries in
accounts or is it only possible from bills and invoices. Can I for
instance make an entry under "Bank Service Charges" and indicate that
the amount includes tax and have gnucash automatically write the tax
part to the tax account I define?
