Account balance 0 after QIF Import

HUH?  Some balances are incorrect?  Oh, goodie.....   This is 1.8.3,
right?

If you can find the example transactions that are incorrect, please
file a bug report at bugzilla.gnome.org and supply the transactions
that import incorrectly....
