About international currency...

Hi,

I would like an advise how to manage international currency. I saw that
I can create a count with EUR and an other with CHF and make transaction
between them but it's not so simple... 

In fact, when I buy something in a foreign country my bank apply a rate,
but if I take cash from a bank account it cost also a tax. How do I
manage this tax in international transactions with gnucash ?
