Invoice Modification

I'm using 1.8.3 and the more I use it the more I like it.
Esp. the business part. The new business guide was also very useful.
Question , I'm just a small business and have no invoices with a pre-printed 
letterhead.
Where do I find the sheet to put my companies name etc on the invoice?
